By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Please read this section carefully before putting in a commission request.

⬩ By requesting a commission, the commissioner has agreed and read all TOS.

⬩ I reserve the right to decline your commission order.

⬩ I reserve the right to alter my terms of service and prices as needed (new rules will not retroactively affect any orders made based on previous rules).

⬩ The final price depends on wishes, complexity, and character design. To get a price inquiry, please contact me via e-mail or Twitter messaging.

⬩ Any references should be concise, up to date, and written in the English language. Any changes outside of the initial project and quote must be discussed and additionally approved. Changes may be individually charged depending on their complexity. 

⬩ Payments are up-front, all artwork will not be started until I have received your payment in full.

⬩ Refunds can be requested at any time. If the commission is canceled during the actual creation process, refunds will be calculated depending on the progress. For example, if I already sent you a sketch and/or a work-in-progress (WIP) update, you will not be eligible for a full refund because you have already received some form of my art, even if it was unfinished.

⬩ Full refunds are issued only before the start of work on the order.

⬩ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

During the Sketch, flat coloring and final stage I will send you updates so you may revise them.

Only three (3) minor revisions to the commission piece will be allowed.

Sketching stage will have up to two revision phases. (If needed, changes to pose, expression, hair, outfit, or background)

Flat coloring will provide another revision phase. (Color changes, slight alterations)

Edits/Corrections may and can be subjected to a additional fee. So please be clear about what you want from the start.

Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be entertained.

If the client has yet to respond to the final approvals after 7 days, I will mark the commission as complete.

As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use, and sell created art in digital or physical form.

 I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used.

⬩ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, with proper credit given. (Note: Writing "credit to the artist" is NOT proper credit. Please include my username and specify the platform: @TheMizzZombie from Twitter.)

⬩ Print the art, and claim the right of their original character(s), but not the drawing itself.

The following is considered copyright infringement, and if you break it in any way, your rights to the drawing will be revoked:

⬩ Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Unless stated in the request form.)

⬩ Selling or minting my artwork for cryptocurrency and using it for NFT transactions.

⬩ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

⬩ Removing any watermarks or signatures. 

⬩ Altering the artwork without my consent.

• If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

• The minimum price increase 15% of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

• The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, prints, stickers, charms, etc).

• If you plan to use this commission for profit please mention so in the request form.

Average wait time: 3-6 weeks (Depending again on complexity)

Commissions are worked on in no specific order

Due to the artists health limitations some deadlines may be a tad longer.

Delivery, files will be sent via email provided in the form. I will send you, the commissioner a unwatermarked, HQ version of your commission.

Character reference sheets, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.
