♥ All base commission prices are for personal use ONLY, unless creator rights or commercial rights have been purchased.

♥ Commissioned artwork is not allowed to be used as NFTs, used to train AI or put through AI.

♥ Please understand that my art is always evolving as I'm trying to always improve my art.

♥ Sunday is my rest day, during the Sunday I will do my best to reply to DMs, but I might take longer to reply or might not reply until Monday.

♥ I will not make exact copies or very similar of other custom emotes of mine or any emotes from other artists. Please respect my art style.

♥ I have the right to refuse a commission if I do not see it fit with my art style.

♥ Currently I have NO limit to commission size.

♥ Payment is required upfront and can be paid using Vgen. Your commission will not start before full payment is received.

♥ Invoice/money requests are to be paid within 7 days after the request.

♥ Failure to pay without notice might result in being added to my black list. Which means I won't take on any commissions from you in the future.

♥ After purchase and sketch phase, refunds will be 50% of total agreed price. After the sketch phase is finished and you agree with the sketch, then no more refund is possible.

♥ Major revisions during lining and coloring will result in additional charges.

♥ After I create the sketches, I'll send them to you for approval. In this stage it is possible to correct any details with the 2 revisions that are included

in the package, any additional revisions will lead to additional fees.

♥ For animated emotes, once you have given the green light to move onto animating, there will NO more further changes possible for coloring

♥ These are non-commercial, personal use only for base price only. If you are interested in doing merchandise or want to use it for creator use,

there will be additional charges, please check the right use below. You are NOT allowed to resell or edit my work.

♥ You are NOT allowed to use rejected sketches and I'm allowed to use them in future artwork.

Base prices ONLY includes personal right use.

Creator and commercial right cost an additional fee. In all 3 tiers I'm still the copyright owner.

♥ Base price - can't be used commercially. You are not allowed to make any profit of it.

♥ You will need to credit me as your artist in a visible place.

♥ You will receive the files in 1 size, 112x

- for intended use as twitch emotes/badges

♥ 1.5x price - For use of images in thumbnails for video's, schedules or other promotional material.

The art itself doesn't make you any money but is used as part of a brand.

♥ You will receive the files in 3 sizes, 500x, 320x, 112x

- stream overlays, thumbnails for video's

- Other promotional use as long as it doesn't earn you money

♥ 3x price - for commercial use which brings you any kind of profit.

♥ You will NOT be allowed to resell the emotes/badges as is, you are only allowed to use it for merchandise.

♥ You will receive the files in 4 sizes, 785x, 500x, 320x, 112x (if a bigger file size is needed, please let me know in advance)

♥ Mascot adoptable with commercial right use 

♥ Comes with 2000x transparent PNG, 2000x white background PNG and a simple reference sheet

♥ You can purchase additional services such as color changes, adding accessories or removing accessories for a small fee after purchase. Please DM me for these services. 

♥ Any violation of the terms/rules mentioned below may result in being blacklisted/banned from purchasing designs from me.

♥ You can't claim the art or the original design as your own.

♥ You may resell adopts only at the price they were purchased for or lower. Contact me before reselling so I know the new owner of the adopt.

♥ You are NOT allowed to resell for more then the price you bought it for.

♥ You may give the character a name, story, etc.

♥ No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); my art, whether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else. I strictly prohibit usage for AI learning.

♥ You are NOT allowed to change the design, editing can be done by me for a small fee.

♥ Allowed to use for role playing such as D&D campaigns.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.
